Every single wine at Syttende has been specially selected. While the food comes from our own backyard, we have chosen wines from all over the world and from many different grape varieties. What they all have in common, however, is that they are produced by master winemakers who share our love of exceptional ingredients and unrivalled craftsmanship.

All wines at Syttende have something in common. The winegrower takes the same approach to his/her wines and grapes as we do to our cuisine. This means that every winegrower you encounter on our wine list has been personally selected.
To those who prefer beer or cider, our list provides the best we could find in the Kingdom of Denmark. The list also has space for innovative producers and those who want to widen our perception of what cider is capable of. Complex, vinous and incredibly seasonal.
