Below, please find some practical information before your arrival.

When booking a table

Please note that your reservation is not valid until you have paid a deposit of DKK 500 per guest, excluding handling fees, and received confirmation from us by email. The reason we ask for a deposit is partly to avoid wasting resources and partly because there are only seven tables and therefore a limited number of seats at Syttende.

You can reserve a table at Syttende no earlier than 90 days in advance. If you find that you cannot reserve a table on your desired date, it is because all tables are taken and Syttende is fully booked.

We apologise that we cannot accommodate your request and hope that you will choose another date instead.

How to get here

Getting to Restaurant Syttende – in Alsik Hotel – is easy. A motorway leads directly to Sønderborg, and the multi-storey car park next door has a covered walkway that leads straight into Alsik.

‍

Alsik and Restaurant Syttende are only a ten-minute walk from Sønderborg Station, so taking the train here to and from Copenhagen, Odense, Middelfart and Kolding is also easy and convenient.

And Sønderborg Airport is only 8 km from Alsik.

When you arrive

When you and your party arrive at Alsik, simply check in at reception, whereupon a waiter will collect you and escort you to Syttende. Here, we are all ready to give you a very special evening of gastronomy.

Parking

There is a paid parking garage directly in front of Alsik Hotel & Spa. A covered walkway leads from the parking garage to Alsik.

Large parties

If your party exceeds 10 people, please contact us by email: info@syttende.dk

Please note that parties larger than 10 people cannot be seated at the same table. We therefore recommend that larger parties book the entire restaurant exclusively.

Special concerns?

At Syttende, we serve our Echo menu, where all flavours are carefully selected to complement each other. Therefore, it is generally not possible to accommodate special requests or allergies, as we do not wish to compromise on quality.

However, we can offer an alternative that takes into account the most basic allergies, provided we are informed of this in advance. For further information, please contact info@syttende.dk.
